Bristol City Council has signed up to Public Health England’s (PHE) Prevention Concordat for Better Mental Health. This will see the council and its partners across the city work closely with PHE to take significant steps towards the promotion of good mental health and the prevention of mental health problems.

Work to speed up journey times along one of Bristol’s main roads into the city is due to start on Monday.
An inbound bus lane will be built along Anchor Road, starting on 14 January 2019. It is expected to take approximately five months to complete. The new bus lane will be shared with other authorised road users.
