Three further schools in Bristol have confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The schools are closely following Public Health England (PHE) guidance and have asked students and teaching staff who have come into close contact with anyone infected to self-isolate at home for 14 days.

The schools are:

  • Holy Cross RC Primary School in the Southville ward – 1 confirmed case, year 4 self-isolating
  • Fair Furlong Primary School in the Hartcliffe & Withywood ward – 1 confirmed case, 58 reception year students and 9 staff self-isolating
  • Henleaze Infant in the Westbury-on-Trym & Henleaze ward – 1 confirmed case, 38 students and 6 staff self-isolating

Bristol City Council is working with the schools and PHE to make sure that all students, families and staff are supported.
