The next Ask George session will be held on Wednesday 17 February in a live webcast from 5pm to 5.30pm.
George Ferguson, Mayor of Bristol, will answer a range of questions submitted by the public and independently selected by Martin Booth, editor of Bristol 24/7.
The Mayor will endeavour to answer as many questions as possible on any relevant topic within the time allotted.
George Ferguson, Mayor of Bristol, said: “These events are a vital part of my ambition to make Bristol a more open city with a visible, accessible and responsive leadership. As part of this, I run a number of initiatives – outside the formal meetings of the council which are limited by protocol – allowing time to listen and respond in a genuinely open manner to the views of Bristol’s citizens on any relevant subject.
"I look forward to answering as many of your questions as possible on the 17th.”
People are asked to email their questions ahead of the webcast to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on Tuesday 16 February. Emails must have “ASK GEORGE” in the subject header please.
The webcast can be watched online (http://www.bristol.public-i.tv/core/portal/webcast_interactive/210571) both live and for up to six months after Ask George.
